Customer Relations Manager

Candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong partnership with assigned corporate customers by ensuring successful execution of deliverables, providing thought leadership on strategic planning initiatives, and providing overall efficient account management. Responsibilities include creating and retaining customer loyalty and preference by establishing rapport with the customer, planning and developing customer-focused programs, overseeing the resolution of customer concerns and facilitating the delivery of goods or services to the customer. Candidate will ensure quality and timely response to assigned corporate client’s support requests. Candidate will coordinate training programs and materials, such as law firm and corporate client documentation, audit and progress reports for assigned clients. Candidate will assist Project Managers in coordinating the on-boarding of new corporate client accounts as assigned.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Establish solid, long-term customer “trust relationships” with assigned clients and cultivate new business opportunities by diagnosing needs, presenting solutions and addressing customer concerns
  2. Act as point of contact for the client, providing escalation path to and from Service, promptly attending to customer requests
  3. Track customer activity in internal systems in order to execute an account strategy and identify additional opportunities
  4. Coordinate training of assigned corporate clients and law firms
  5. Coordinate with Project Managers / Implementation Team for the on-boarding of newly assigned corporate accounts, including corporate client and law firm set up and training
  6. Partner with Sales Department to facilitate up-selling opportunities
  7. Ensure cross-training so that all support staff are familiar with CRM’s corporate client sites

Required Skills:

Customer Service Representative

Acuity is seeking dedicated and motivated employees looking for a career in customer service / technical support and to provide exceptional customer service on a consistent basis. Qualified candidates would be the front line of support via telephone and email.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Troubleshooting and resolving a variety of member questions  
  2. Provide technical support on the usage of our services 
  3. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned 

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues 
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience 
  • Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected 
  • Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by management. 
  • Experience with documenting procedures. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic web hosting and technical procedures as needed 

Business Relations Developer

Qualified candidates will be dynamic, high integrity individuals who are adaptable and innovative, team players that enjoy the challenge of employing a consultative sales approach within a service-based environment. The sales cycle of Acuity’s services is continuous in nature, requiring attentive, on-going client relationships. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience, and a minimum of 2 years business-to-business sales experience with a proven record of achievement. Candidates must have effective organizational, communication and presentation skills. Legal sales experience is preferred but not required.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Develop and execute plans and strategies to achieve sales goals 
  2. Develop new business 
  3. Develop a network of contacts and resources in existing accounts  
  4. Interact with and maintain client contact in existing contact
